They did fantastic work for us and provided excellent customer service! I had some bad luck with other HVAC companies not being able to give me service and canceling appointments. It’s a busy industry in the summer, I know. But Comfort 1 showed up when they said they would! They were straight with me from the get go, explaining all of my options and once I made my choices they wasted no time at all in getting the job finished professionally, cleanly and quickly. I wish I had called them first!

The service tech, Brian was awesome! He was so nice and helpful and was not trying to sell me a new unit. He figured out immediately what was wrong and was able to get my 90 degree house cooled down in no time. Thank you Brian!!!

VERY happy with the advice and service I got from Comfort 1. My neighbor recommended this company and am so happy he did. Prompt and courteous attention all along the way. I have an older HVAC, another service provider was pushing for me to get a new unit, but Brian showed me how my unit could simply be repaired and had some more years left it. My final bill was fair and reasonable. Easy to talk with his assistant Tosha and get things done. Great dealing with someone local that I can trust — and recommend.

Brian initially came out to repair my existing broken AC unit. He went over what was wrong, and that being over 20 years old, the AC unit was going to be more expensive to maintain and may not run for very much longer. Brian was upfront with all of the costs for a new unit, which we decided to go with, and gave a very reasonable price for the service. Brian and Angel came out and got the job done quicker than expected. They will be my go-to for heating and air from here on out. Highly recommend!
